Hans C. Olsen, Owner / Chief Executive Officer
Since 2006, Hans has supported public sector agencies, defense and national security programs, and private organizations operating in technically demanding environments.
His work includes software consulting, infrastructure engineering, cybersecurity risk and vulnerability management, identity and access governance, and secure systems integration. Engagements have supported emergency management functions, operational continuity, and critical infrastructure resilience.
B.S. Computer Science, minor in Biomedical Engineering, Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
SusanBeth Olsen, Director, Community Engagement Programs
SusanBeth directs Community Engagement Programs supporting older adults, caregivers, veterans, individuals with disabilities, and individuals experiencing cognitive decline. Her work spans healthcare coordination, long-term care environments, and community-based institutional partnerships.
Prior to joining Fail Safe Tech, she served in leadership roles supporting Alzheimer’s and dementia services, volunteer and caregiver coordination, and structured life-enrichment programming in residential and community settings. She authored caregiver resource materials delivered to the New York State Department of Health and has worked directly with families navigating dementia-related conditions.
At Fail Safe Tech, she leads program development, operational oversight, caregiver support framework design, and continuity planning in coordination with healthcare providers, community organizations, and regional stakeholders.

Bikrant Guatam, Vice President, Geospatial Intelligence Solutions and Lead Developer, Mobile Applications
In this capacity, he provides executive and technical leadership across our mobile application portfolio and supports the development and delivery of geospatial, field operational, connected device, care support, and related technology solutions. His current responsibilities include RavenGIS™, DuneIoT™, CareDune™, and other Fail Safe Technologies platforms introducing or maintaining mobile application capabilities.
Bikrant leads mobile application architecture, development, integration, release management, offline functionality, security implementation, maintenance, and technical coordination with approved developers and technology partners. His executive responsibilities also include product and technical planning, solution evaluation, demonstrations, proposal support, platform integration, and delivery oversight within the Geospatial Intelligence Solutions portfolio.
Through this role, he helps advance Fail Safe Technologies solutions from concept through deployment, supporting reliable mobile capabilities for field operations, situational awareness, data collection, connected systems, care support environments, and geospatial decision making.
