Hans C. Olsen, Owner / Chief Executive Officer
Since 2006, Hans has supported public sector agencies, defense and national security programs, and private organizations operating in technically demanding environments.
His work includes software consulting, infrastructure engineering, cybersecurity risk and vulnerability management, identity and access governance, and secure systems integration. Engagements have supported emergency management functions, operational continuity, and critical infrastructure resilience.
B.S. Computer Science, minor in Biomedical Engineering, Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
SusanBeth Olsen, Director, Community Engagement Programs
SusanBeth directs Community Engagement Programs supporting older adults, caregivers, veterans, individuals with disabilities, and individuals experiencing cognitive decline. Her work spans healthcare coordination, long-term care environments, and community-based institutional partnerships.
Prior to joining Fail Safe Tech, she served in leadership roles supporting Alzheimer’s and dementia services, volunteer and caregiver coordination, and structured life-enrichment programming in residential and community settings. She authored caregiver resource materials delivered to the New York State Department of Health and has worked directly with families navigating dementia-related conditions.
At Fail Safe Tech, she leads program development, operational oversight, caregiver support framework design, and continuity planning in coordination with healthcare providers, community organizations, and regional stakeholders.
Certified Dementia Care Practitioner (NCCDP).
